I think any and all cards may be the jackpot one. Some just have more chances of jackpot than others...

I got a jackpot symbol on the Scorched Treasure one although I've only seen it the once.

I believe that whilst the Jackpot icon shows up on all cards it is impossible to get three icons on any card except one. (Dunno which one, the jackpot one )

The spooky one takes a break from the -ganza i think, but the ice caves scratchcards are something like icetragivganza.

The -ganzas are:

Ice Caves - Icetravaganza
Haunted Kiosk - Pustravaganza
Lost Desert - Sandstravaganza

However, Rotting Riches is a higher form of scratchcard than Pustravaganza at the Haunted Kiosk.
