Is he in fact a cheater, or just some script-kiddie leeching off the efforts of some other cheater?
I feel sorry for him actually. I pity him almost. I mean, what kind of person wastes five years of their life trying to bring down Neopets? Five years playing Neopets is hardly considered wasting, since you're actually enjoying yourself. But to spend five whole years being bitter at TNT foe some crackpot reason is just... sad.
And he considers himslef important? Jeez, someone's heads a little bloated, don't you agree?
Pffftt, and if Adam and Donna ever talk with that wanna-be cheater, I'll strap on some wings and fly to Alabama.
People like this make me laugh. They make some big deal out of nothing. They spend YEARS making life for other people crap, and then they want to talk to the big chiefs and demand some kind of payment or something to stop the autobuyers
I mean, I've got a friend who scams on Runescape. Whilst it's wrong, sure, he doesn't spend his life making programs, and he sure as heck will not be spending the next five years playing Runescape. He's just doing it now for kicks. (I don't support his actions though)

He appears to enjoy hacking and cheating Neopets. Most hackers do derive enjoyment from doing so.

Sunds like a cry for attention by somone feeling insecure. No real hacker I've ever seen bathes themselves in this much self-importance. My guess is he can't even clear cookies on his computer, let alone create cheat programs and be as "1337" as he's claiming. He couldn't even get his image at the bottom of the page to not come up broken.
As you probably can tell, I don't give a hoot if neo IP bans me or whatever. I'll just change it and come back again to spam and cause some havok until I talk to adam. So much stuff I'd like to tell him and talk to him about.
