2) Take a look at the
In-Depth NeoQuest Guide.
3) Jump on over to the

4) Or! Come here for help

Unanswered Request:
Phlameseeker
Ok, I'm in seaside, and I want to buy something from Patannis, but I only have enough for one of the items
forged shortsword
(dmg 20),
balsawood wand
(dmg 8 ),
iron ringmail
(def 20), or
apprentice's robe
(def 8 ).
My current stats are one page back, I'm about to update them. Thanks.

If you really don't want to walk around and fight for more gold (which is what I typically do), I'd always go with Rohane's weapon since he's you're heaviest hitter of the game. You really don't have to upgrade Mipsy's wand everytime (I know some people never do) because she's pure mage and it's kind of useless to attack physically with her. I'd always go weapons over armour in general because the more damage you do per round, the less you'll need armour. Good luck.

What level should you approx. be before versing Zombom? I'm in lvl. 11 rite now(normal). Another Question: Who is the last boss in the game?

On Normal, I usually fought Zombom at 13 and Terask II is the last boss of the game.

Well, I finally beat NQ II in Normal! Can someone tell me how much I have to train up at the beginning in order to beat the Miner Foreman in Evil?
Sun Feb 06, 2005 8:28 pm
Early on it's about the same, imo. Level 7 or 8 is suffcient. Keep in mind you'll want to train to at least level 14 for Zombom though. Good luck on Evil!
Traits, from most to least important:
Rohane
Damage Increase
Critical Hit
Haste
Stun
Defense
Taunt
Focus
Don't bother with Focus, and only put 5 points or so in Defense. Stun is only useful until you go a little way with Talina. Bring it up to 5 early, then don't bother with it anymore. Taunt is rarely useful and Focus does nothing that I can see. Don't bother with them.
Mipsy
Direct Damage
Group Haste
Haste
Defense
Group Damage
Group Shield
DD and Haste are excellent throughout the game; max them early. Then work on Group Haste. Group Damage and Group Shield sound nice, but they're pretty worthless imo.
Talina
Increased Bow Damage
Multiple Targets
Haste
Shockwave
Defense
I maxed the first two, put 10 each in Shockwave and Haste, then put the rest in Defense, respectively. Shockwave is one of the most useful traits in the game, especially late game when you're fighting 3-4 monsters per fight.
Velm
Group Healing
Haste
Group Shield
Defense
Celestial Hammer
Healing
Max Group Healing and Haste ASAP! Group Shield is a great addition, and the others are just filler. You won't need Defense often, so if you're up to it put some points in Celestial Hammer. Good attack, but lots of stuff resists it.
May you all recieve Talina's Whittling Knife/Ramtor's Spellbook/Wand of Reality.

Currently on Evil in Terror Mountain, on my way to the caves leading up to Scuzzy. Level 26, perhaps a wee bit overtrained.
