It'd be nice if it was changed so you could use it every 6 hours, or once per pet per day

i wouldnt want it to be any other way really. i dont always have the time to use it more than once per day, so would feel i wasnt getting my moneys worth if i wasnt using it as often as i could. and i only zap one pet anyway, i wouldnt zap the others.

It was down last night... You would think it would be fixed by now, but look how long it's taken to fix Grundo's Gym (has it even re-opened?)

That wasn't taken off for fixing. I think it was removed permanently
