at what second does the chocolate shop restock? im trying for the avvy

It's pretty close to zero or one. It can be as late as 5, depending on the server load.

You're welcome. I suggest having a browser window or tab open to the toy shop (number 3) since it restocks in the first group, and will let you know whether a restock is actually happening or not.
