I have it, and when I log out by accedent on my gallery account (which does not have portal) It says it would be realesing soon.

Yeah, what are they? Especially the portal. I can imagine the toolbar, but not the portal.
In my head the toolbar is really cool, of course when it comes out it'll probably be nothing like what I'm imagining. :?

the portal is a website that shows your account information, like how much you have in your til, your bank, on hand. The stats on your active pet. It has a calender that shows your diary entries, word of the day, quote of the day..etc
It has Neopian forecasts as well as weather forecasts for your hometown. It lists movie showing at your local theatre.
It shows your items that you are carrying on hand.
It has a calculator.
Neopian News, Real World News, Neopian Times, and the Feature Game.
A reference section that allows you to look up a word in the dictionary or thesarus.
A neofriend section...its set up like the neofriend section on the Neopets website except it has this really cool feature that shows who is online!!
It has a neomail section...it lists all the neomails you received.
Neopets Webmail Section....a new service coming soon!
NeoDaq Section....a list of all your stocks and the current values.
Real World Stock section...for the adults.
Its very helpful and handy!!

It's just a webpage on the neopet domain. No downloading is necessary.

You can customise it to get rid of the things you'll never, and the layout colour can also be changed.
