Trades not working?

Is anyone else having a problem with trades?
I bid on an item last night, and this morning found that the trade had been accepted, but I had my money back, and not the item that I'd bid on.
The same thing happened last time I tried bidding on anything (which was the Garlic Bread Halves right after the av came out), and prevented me from getting several trades.
Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me? If the latter, what exactly should I do about it?
EDIT: And after NeoMailing the other user, he says that he never even GOT an offer... even though I got a notice saying mine was accepted... *even more confused*

That's strange. Kind of sounds like a one time thing though, because I've used the TP to buy 5 different things this afternoon and it works just fine.
I'd send a bug report if it keeps happening like that...
