Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I saw the Ice Cream Stand in Happy Valley.
It requires "Ice Cream Coupons", and apparently gives things out.
Is it another Neocola Machine/Alien Aisha Vending Machine?
I have no idea how you acquire the coupons, or how many kinds there are.
Does anyone have any information on how the Ice Cream Stand works?
It mentions getting them from Taelia, but I don't know what the chance of getting a coupon from her is.
Any help is appreciated.
