Pant Devil from Dice-A-Roo

You know, I've had the pant devil many times on dice-a-roo, but never got him as a battledome challenger. Are you supposed to? I really think you should get him as one.

Actually, I mean that the 'Mystery amounmt of np' or whatever it is likes me. Alot.

But you should still get him from dice-a-roo >:¬(

I got 10.000 in Wheel of Excitement about a week ago.
After around 500 tryes...

I know what you mean... I always get the pant devil from dice-a-roo, but no luck with getting him as a challenger....
Also getting him on Wheel of Misfortune doesn't work.

Actually, I've never gotten him as a challanger after landing on his little wedge on the WoE. Maybe the wheel just doesn't like me. My main account is twenty something months old, and I've yet to get him as a challanger.

In reference to the Wheel of Excitement and the Pant Devil, i'm gonna post some statistics that a guild member and friend of mine has compiled.

I'm starting to suspect that when the Wheel of Excitement displays a partial page, it was trying to send the Pant Devil to steal one of your items, but something doesn't work properly. I haven't seen that blue-purple fiend be chosen for ages. It's odd to watch people complain about the wheel eating their NP when they should be glad their items are safe. ...Well, actually, I've never noticed if any items went missing...
I dunno what else it could be, though:

The wheel may well be bugged. (and if ur wondering, he has some program that he uses to keep track of a lot of stuff. He has data on all the wheels and quests, lol)

I believe you can only get the Pant Devil as a challenger if you run into him via RE and he steals something from you.

Well i keep hearing of people who've got him on the wheel but never got him as a challenger. From what i've heard, you only get him as a challenger when he steals something in a random event, which seems harsh - apparently tnt tried to make you get him as a challenger from the WoE but it didn't work.
