No Christmas Sidebar?

I didnt see a thread on this so if I missed it am sorry... but it kinda surprises me we didnt get a christmas sidebar we had one for halloween and for their birthday... but not one for christmas?.. *sniff* I was all hoping to see one but oh well.. we got a nice avi at least

I was kind of hoping for one too.
But oh well. Maybe they didn't make one/put one up because they're all going to be out of the office so it would hang in there for 3 whole days? o_O

that wouldnt be their reason, they can write stuff to make it only there at certain times, like the advent calendar updating at midnight.

I dont think there is one because they dont want to offend people who dont celebrate christmas. if this is the reason, then they should hopefully have a new years one, as that's not related to any religion.

not if it's not on the neopets calendar. the special neopets days are part of the neopets calendar. so a new years sidebar would be celebrating a new neopets year, not a new real life year, it just happens to be at the same time. does that make sence?

I wanted a winter sidebar... I picture something white and light blue, maybe, with snowflakes. Not Christmassy, just... wintery.

Where are all these cool sidebars we were promised, anyway? I remember seeing a faerie one...

But remember, all of those "mockups" need to be re-designed since the layout changed with the new top banner.

I wish they'd have made a nice sidebar as well. Even if it wasn't Christmas, but wintery...

Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing when I woke up. I agree with Kostya though, TNT is a little small on this 'Christmas' thing, mainly because they can't show religion, and the New Year dosen't have any of that =)

i doubt it's the religion thing. i mean, nearly EVERY advent item has been christmas-themed or named.
