Removed or unreleased challengers?

At NeoItems, in the missing battledome items page (http://www.neoitems.net/mia2.php) there are weapons for challengers that I've never seen in the battledome. They are The Rock, Quiggle Warlord, Meerca Menace and Soup Faerie. Are they removed or unreleased?

The neopets hive has the 411, neopetshive.com the soup faerie is unknown
