Not having ANY luck with restocks usually its easy at this time

most of the world is on holiday for the next 2 days, add in the insomniacs, people in different time zones, mad last minute shopping for gifts/rs'ing to get np for other gifts .... bedlam for restocking!

i think neo is really crappy at 7 pm to 10 pm singapore time, there seem to be less restocks with longer non restock time in between and less valuables. Come on tnt, the other half of the world isnt sleeping.

people in all time zones have been complaining off and on for about a week at restocks, so I don't think it's because anyone is in a certain time zone.

I don't rs, I just lurk and read the rs boards.

I'm never awake the unless its a school day (7 am-10 am my time)
