What has caused the price of this item to drastically go up?

I think that if you feed an Organic Leek to you pet while your language is Portuguese, you will the Garlic'd avatar.

I think it has garlic in its name in some language so you can get an av and a garlic pet from it

The Garlic Bread Halves are still very high in price... I thought the food shops restocked this often?

They do. But what is the chance of getting the Jubjub/Kiko Garlic by feeding you're pet them? So that could explain why they are so high, because they take ALOT I'm sure.

Besides which, as I've said before, they haven't been released yet, making the chances of you getting a Jubjub or Kiko to turn garlic by feeding them garlic an automatic 0.
