Roadrunner Top Bar Ad 'Hijacks' Mouse

Ive noticed in my browsing on neo that whenever the roadrunner ad on the top of the page loads, my mouse flickers constantly. This does not happen with any other banner ads i have seen. I have heard from a few people who have the same problem.

It doesn't give me that problem.

It does for me, it doesn't really do much else then flicker though.
