Its available at Borders, its softback, not a book, but magazine like.

Its quite helpfull. I own it myself. It can be purchased for $9.99

I can't seem to find the image for it

The Meridell Rubbish Dump is like the Money Tree, except with less items.

More items come into it when more people are in it. When it was first released everyone was there, so it started producing Mortogs and Turmacs.
