Cant get to neopets.com

Hi, new to the boards but i cant get to neopets.com everytime i put it in the address bar it either goes to a blank page or just resets to the page im on after a few minutes, or will attempt to load the page but wont, is neopets down or something?

It could possibly be your sever maybe running slow today. I know that happens to me sometimes
