When did they change the kiosk graphic?
Looks like an instructional picture on how to make Yellow Snow.

Looks like it was revamped sometime during today. When I went to sleep at about 6am NST... it didn't look like that.

It looks like.... it's doing something. 
I think it looks better than the original one (I really didn't like that straight on pose, and it's about time they changed it to the revamped), but I think they could have worked on the pose more.

WOW is that ugly. I knew they'd revamp the Kiosk Wocky eventually, but that thing is just plain...... bad. It wasn't that way as of 7am NST, but I don't know after that. Hopefully they'll see some complaints and rework it.

eeeeeeew! He really looks...wrong. Extremely happy in a disturbing way. It looks uncomfortable to be sitting right in that snowpile, maybe that's why his eyes look shifty!

It's not good looking. Simple as that.
Who ever these new drawers are, they really need to learn Neopets first. They are bringing in this "pop" type look to them and I Do Not like it. Fyora has even changed! She's magically aged 50 years! (Look at the Faeierland Header Picture with her game/advent calendar)
