Hi,
Thank you for your inquiry. You need to use the Frozen form located at
http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml. Please fill out as much of the
information that you can on the form, including your username, birthdate, and
e-mail address you used when you signed up. You can also include any
information about your Neopets and items that you think will help identify you
as the owner.
Bryan W.
I think he actually believed me, should I go and fill it out like he said?
Does this mean ill be getting my account back? -is puzzled-

I want to say that you have to go through the proceedure of filling out the form rather than e-mailing directly. More than likely you still have the same chance of being unfrozen as before.

Definitely fill out the form.
When you get an automatic response (which you will), you can then contact that staff person directly regarding your account.

Use the form. Even though it took me about a year and a half to get motivated to contact them again when I was locked out of my main account, it proved to be a great advantage as far as proving your account information.

Okay.
Will go do that.
The thing that really troubles me is that there is a small character limit. Eh?

Oh yes. It was very irritating when I had to try to explain what Operamail pulled that got me locked out in the first place (spam related issues, pah) -_-

Looks like the auto response has struck again
EDIT: *looks down* Point? It was not a special response and does not effect your frozen status in any way.

...and your point is?
Bryan isn't suppose to deal with frozen accounts anyway.

Hate to say it, I got the same thing, Filled out the Form, never got my account back.

Oy, that form is brutal. I fill them out for my accounts as a precaution incase they get frozen and even WITH access I can't do the whole thing!

*points up* Good idea, saving that information BEFORE you ever get frozen. As long as you can save it somewhere really really safe, it would be a great idea.

"Bryan isn't suppose to deal with frozen accounts anyway."
Funny, he's always the person I get replying when I try to get back my old account. And he never listens. I write, I explain, I give them the proof they need to see I was innocent... all I ever get is an automated reply that they send everyone. Signed Bryan. Grrr.... I could smack the guy.
I mean tell me if this seems reasonable to you given the facts... 2 yrs ago (my god has it really been that long?) I fell victim to a fake login page from someone's shop, before the Neopets scam warning page listed fake logins (so I knew nothing about them). I lost access to my account and emailed the appropriate neopets address right away.... never even received an automated reply. Then I found my account had been frozen "for cheating/scamming other players", which the thief of my account had done, and emailed the frozen address... never received a reply. While waiting for a reply, I sent them also a list of the shops I had been in recently so that they might have some clue as to who did it. Factor in that simply by looking at the IP address I *always* log in from, they can compare it to that used by the perpetrator and see it clearly was not me. Which I pointed out to them in later emails. Did they bother? No. They stamped my account with a big ol' "FROZEN FOR SCAMMING" and never listened to one word of reason. And for this, I am still furious to this day. It's been 2 years and I've never even had a warning on my new account, but it's the principle of the thing... I want to be proven right.
