I haven't played Neopets in about three months. Do shops still restock on the minute or are they completely random now?

as far as i can tell (not being an avid rser), they do restock on random minutes, ie it could be they restock at 8:58, then 9:00, then 9:07, etc

Yeah, that's what I meant. I just wanted to make sure that they didn't restock like 8:58:34 and then 9:04:31. Thanks for the help.
