Err? Cpanel Prompt?!

It's a bit big, here's the cap. I'm not sure if it was Neo or PPT causing the prompt to pop up. Has anyone else seen this before?

I recognise the password prompt because my website uses a CPanel prompt in order for me to log in and access my database. I just clicked cancel. o.0; Wierd.
