Multiple Account Rulings?

I don't *exactly* know the rules come multiple accounts...
..No Dailies?
..No RSing?
..Wiz/Auction Sniping Okay?
..No Games?
..NO Transferring to cheat.
can someone help me out with this?

That sounds about right, but I'm not sure about the Wiz/auction thing.

Here's the offical wording from the "Terms of Use" page:
So I would take this to mean that you cannot play games that send points to the high score tables including the referral system; cannot try to take advantage of a restock by having 2 accounts in the shops at once; using you alt accounts to boast the auction price of your own auctions; gain more np from the Advent Calandar, Snowager, Tombola, Grumpy Old King, Coltzan's Shrine, Scratchcard Kiosks, any of the Wheels, and Buried Treasure. I would think that Sponsor games, the Omelette, Giant Jelly, and things like Kacheek seek, Guess the card or Faerie Crossword would be okay so long as you didn't transfer all of the NP earned from the alts to your main accounts.
With transferring items and NP to an alt account - if you can only earn NP from 1 account a day then it would mean in order to maintain and start a gallery account, you would HAVE to send NP and items to your alt account(s) from your main account in order to actually do it without using any of the regular methods to do so.
4. Do not create any new Neopets or accounts if you are not going to take care of them. You cannot have multiple accounts just to get more Neopoints or items. You are only allowed a maximum of five (5) accounts and can earn Neopoints with only one (1) account. Users who break this rule can have all of their accounts frozen.

Sounds pretty much correct, but neopets rules are very blurred... I wish they would make things simpler...

and when they made it simpler in the news, it seemed to get blurrier xD

I read somewhere that you should NEVER under any circumstances use the Omlette (sp?), Giant Jelly, or any other freebies. And games of any type are banned as well. Which would include Kacheek Seek and stuff like that.
As much as TNT would love more people to play sponsor games, I don't think that you're allowed to on multi accounts.
But then again, I've got a friend that has more than 4 accounts, does freebies, plays games and restocks on all of them, and not one of the accounts has been frozen.
He doesn't transfer NP or stuff between accounts, so technically he's not really cheating, but I'm surprised he hasn't been frozen yet (40 or so months).
So I dunno. TNT are very weird people. Awesome, true, but very weird. Personally, I wouldn't risk you accounts over any games or freebies, but thats just my opinion.

I have been trying to get a straight answer for, oh, months now.
What I have been told definitely: No games - none, ever.
No restocking in main shops, no scratchcards, no stocks, no "dailies", no sending np from a secondary account to your main.
It's also a very very bad idea to use auctions on another account. I've gotten the "you can only bid on one account" message when I only had one account. And I've seen people frozen for bidding on the same computer (different users) or from a subaccount.
I've been trying to get an ok or a no-go on 2 things:
1) My housemate has an account (just one, smart person). I'd love to send her a holiday gift, but I sat and watched a mom and son get frozen one day - mom bought a pb for her son and used send to neofriend to surprise him. Both accounts were frozen for "multi-accounts".
2) sending items from a secondary BACK to main. I have a gallery and my main account. Now, I've bought everything for the gallery on my main, use the TP to send the items and enough np over to upgrade the gallery shop size, buy anything my pets there may need, etc. Not hoarding, just supporting.
At this point, my gallery's out of control and I want to revamp it. That means alot will be coming out (there's over 300 items in it, a few pb that are expensive). I would love to send them back to my main and sell them so I can use those np for training and buying some good weapons. So it's wouldn't be "enriching" my main account, I'd actually just be replacing what I spent in the first place and the np would be going right back out into the marketplace, not my bank.
Right now I'm doing nothing with the gallery - not adding, not removing anything because I just don't know what I AM allowed to do without TNT thinking I'm trying to "multi" or cheat in any way, which I'm not.

A while back they did explain in the news. I am sure that it would be okay to send back and sell they can track and see where the items came from in the first place. But if you were to sell them from your gallery account then you would have a trip to iceland b/c that would consitute multi account earning neopoints. Also when transfering it is said to use trading post and don't flat out give. Tnt really needs to become more specific when it comes to gallery accounts. But they did say if you did per chance play a game or do a daily on your gallery b/c you forgot which account you were on. Do Not play or do dailies on your main account that day

I have sold things from my main, secondary, and gallery accounts on a daily basis and have never, ever had a problem in the two years I have been on Neopets. However, each generates its own income--just from reselling (buying things on the shop wiz and then reselling them)--though occasionally, I send small items from one account to the other.
The secondary account had originally been my main account--so it already had neopoints on it when I decided to create a new main account. So, I don't see using more than one account to sell things as a big no-no. I use the secondary and gallery accounts to sell things because, at one time, I paid for the shop size increases and, therefore, ought to be entitled to use those shops to sell things in.
Personally, I think the key is moderation and common sense. If you are shop wiz banned on one account, don't go to another account to surf the shop wiz. If you are sending items between the main and secondary account, make it small things on a periodic basis. Don't transfer large sums of nps between accounts.

I think they should just ban transferring items between accounts and selling items to each other account and let us have multis.

That doesn't really make sense. What if more than one person is using a computer? How could they distinguish if you are sending to another of your accounts or sending a gift to a family member? I don't think that would work.

You know what would fix all htese problems? If TNT would let people have more than 1 shop. They could possible jack up the prices to upgrade your shop, sure, but you could have for example, 2 or more shops. And how you use those shops would be entirely up to you.
That'll fix up all those pesky gallery account issues.
Or, if you were able to put tabs on your spare accounts so that TNT know whether you're just transferring that Baby PB, or being scammed.
The whole gallery accounts issue is very hazy. It's stupid really, how badly it's organised.
