which Ability do u use most?

and also , can someone tell me what's the different between Sink and Burrow , i'm not sure what do they do , are they block all types with 1 icon ??
which one is better , Restore or Drain Life , if i have alot of hitpoint ??are these 3 Restore , Regeneration and Healing Vapour are toltally same? can they use muti. times in 1 battle?

Faerie Abilities are once per battle, Burrow blocks all earth, air, water, fire and physical for one turn, Sink blocks all light, dark, water, fire, and physical for one turn. Diamond dust may freeze, so it's helpful. Regeneration and restore heal one third of your lost HP. Drain life takes away hit points from your opponent and gives them to you, though it's not as useful as it once was. Hope that helps.
