Im confused, is the turmaculus awake from 4pm - 5pm or 5pm - 6pm?

It's at a random time everyday, once a day. it's not a set time, like the Snowager.

Oh, is the only way to tell that you can wake him over and over again instead of just once?

If you hang around on some of the Neoboards you'll actually have about 10 new boards pop-up about the fact that he's awake when it happens, I find that to be easier than attempting to wake him ever hour!

Another place you cna check out is the In-Depth Battlepedia every hour or so. on the front page they have a turmac alarm which scrolls back and forth. It's hard to miss and they always have it up when he's awake.
