Well, I don't need to move more than one player at a time, but I think they could take more advantage of the 'SHIFT' thing. Say, have attacking, normal and defending fixed positions - normal is the formation you choose, attacking is all players further up the pitch, and defending is most of them right back against the goal. That would allow you to move all players without too much effort.
Yeah, but. I just think people should take it as-is. TNT probaly put a lot into just making this game, programming each teams stats, everything. It takes a while.
Yes, I totally agree. I think it's a really good game, but it just has a few minor flaws. Even the best games need second versions, and it's just suggesting possible variations. And you have to admit that the game, good though it is and despite all the effort put into it, is not perfect - no game is. Surely some of the suggestions must sound like good ideas to you.

Are any of you actually finding any differences between the teams? All of mine seem to be the same speed, have the smae accuracy... everything seems to be the same
I disagree. I've only tried out a few teams, but there is a noticeable difference between some. And players on the same team even, I notice a difference in speed and power. Although every goal I score seems to be by the same person, despite it obviously not being so - unless he's very versatile
