I used to live in Cincinnati (ohio), about 5 miles from Indiana border which is also the time zone line. The Indiana towns were Cincinnati suburbs, with different time. For half of the year. I think if you lived there it was OK, but I learned real quick to bring my own watch when visiting friends.

I think DST is already on. It now has to be 5 pm here for NST to be midnight instead of 4 pm.
