Someone told me that if I went to this link (http://www.neopets.com/portal/index.phtml?shh=toolbar), I'd be able to pick up 1500 NP each month. I thought it was just another freebie, so I went there and did, indeed, get 1500 NP.

But then the description mentioned something about alpha testers. I tried to go back to get the original text, but when I did, I saw this instead:

SHH events are supposed to be for premium payers, correct? I dont have a premium account, so I'm starting to think I stumbled upon a page that I'm not supposed to have seen. :(

Should I send a bug report to TNT and request that they remove the 1500 from my account? Or is this a legitimate freebie that I shouldn't worry about? I don't want to get frozen for a mistake.

Meh, if it's confirmed that you weren't supposed to have gotten it, I'll send it back too, but until then... 1500 np for me! :D

I think it says you get this for trying out the NP Toolbar, which I think is free, but I really don't know... o_O

Well, I sent off a bug report anyway in my paranoia. I wonder what they'll say (hopefully it'll be more than a form letter).
