Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. It's all random. ;) It should be out in a couple of hours. It is only 3:25pm at TNT HQ.

If I remember right, they try to stagger it, so different time zones can be awake when the news comes out and when contests start and such.

Either that or they're just lazy.
