For those of you who don't know, I was frozen for sending two items to my friend's new account to help him back on his feet. His other account had been frozen for duping items. They froze me for giving him two items.

Nope. Totally 100% dung. She's not a staff member.

I could say many things to prove she's not, and while not many of you would believe me, just trust me on this.

She said that her username is bettyboop214.
She might want to get this person frozen...

I highly, highly doubt that this person truly works for TNT in any capacity.

It is repeatedly stated that no one from TNT will ever contact anyone via instant messenger or any way other than neomail (only from theneopetsteam) or official email and will never ask for any of your information.

While it is true, from reading the conversation that this person did not try to scam you, they may just be setting you up. You know, gain your trust, chat a few times and then try to get some information out of you.

Also, do yourself a favor and run your anti virus, if you have separate stinger (can get at Mcafee for free) run that and your spyware detector. I trust just about no one on any instant messenger. Someone I know (not well, but do know) was im'ing with someone they thought they could trust and was sent a back door trojan. Yes, the account was stolen and everything was taken, because the person didn't know this was done to them.

As always, don't im or email with anyone you don't know (and even some people you do know!). I keep my im blocked and an away message on, just in case and almost no one knows my email (not even the one I use just for talking to people I don't know well).
