I have a private guild and my sister used to be a member. I don't know how she managed to accidently un-join, but I reinvited her and she says it won't let her join. Apparently, it keeps telling her she's not a member. I checked to make sure and she's not banned. We have never had a problem with this before, not that we get a lot of new people. Is there something I should know that might help her in this difficulty?

It might be a problem with your computer. Try reboot, clear cookies, and invite her again?

Or, if that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting TNT about it *shrugs*

I would sugggest clearing cache and cookies on the computer your sister is using as well, if it is not the same.

Make sure she is clicking from the invitation as well. (That is, if they are like they used to be many moons ago. )

i've had this problem before, its a glitch really, i don't know why, but what we ended up having to do was actually make the guild public before the person i invited could get in, i was lucky i had the access to do so..

otherwise you will probably have to email support about it. because it is a glitch, my friend tried with her spare account, but for some reason couldn't get in with her main.
