I was battling inflatable balthazer and his max hp was 3 and now it's 4 what's up with that?

Inflatable balthazar increases 1 HP point for every 5 wins you make against him.

I believe all players increase HP per win (although over how many wins may vary) against them with the exception of Punchbag Bob i think.

Punchbag Bob increases hp too. 1k once if i am not wrong...
