Are the neoboards failing to load?

For more people than just me? It's taking like 5+ minutes to refresh and I have to keep poking the F5 to get it to even load that far. And it seems to be only neopets that is lagging. Nutrinopets and here are not being so slow.

Opera seems to load neopets a little faster atm.

I was having that problem too- and it was a bit annoying...

Also along with it I noticed quite a few red x's for avatars, smilies, pets, and varrious images from neopets.

Unlike the art gallery and BC, the images show up if you copy the url and load them on a new page.

Asking the images to reload by right clicking seems to make some of them appear.

Now avatars are showing, but still loads poorly. With some of the topics I have opera turned to not load images just so I can post my reply faster.

Stinks though because the board I'm chatting on requires looking at images, particularly pet pages and user look-ups.

I'm advertising my pet in the beauty contest, and it's a nuisance that we can't see other people's pets.

What species is your pet?

Well if you are on a server that bypasses the right click block and copy the image url on the ag and BC picts, you'll get a 404 error when loading the url.

Basically the images on the content neopets server are non existant. I hope they have a backup saved somewhere after the contest started.
