Every few pages it says that I have to log in. I sent a bug report, but is this happening to anyone else?

Have you tried clearing your cookies? Sometimes those can cause you to get logged out of sites or tell you that you've been logged out.

Hope that helps a bit =)

Ocasionally, Neopets just logs you out. I think it's part of the security policy. :)

It's a good idea to delete *all* cookies on your pc, and the cache too while you're at it from time to time. It stops the browser from getting confused.

There definitely isn't a problem with the site itself so it's something on your end. If cookie and cache clearing doesn't work you might want to check your pc for bugs.

It seems like it's working now.

Edit: I guess I spoke too soon. It happend again. I am absolutely sure that I don't have any viruses or spyware. I am constantly checking for that.

Is your browser definitely set to store cookies for neopets.com until you specifically clear them? What browser do you use? I don't know about IE but I've never had any problems browsing the site with firefox...

I really can't think what else it might be, it sounds like it's down to the cookies one way or another - those are the only things responsible for keeping you logged in *scratches chin* o_O

I agree. You might want to check your system to see if, somehow or another, you have accidentally blocked a neopets cookie.

It may be your internet/security/cookies, but it may be the site too. I talked to a few people today who kept getting logged out. It's so freaky when that happens.

I've heard a few people today describing a similar problem, but for most it's not an issue so I'm not sure what the common factor is o_O

I just set internet explorer to always allow cookies from neopets. Hopefully it will stop doing this.
