They are just like Nerkmids, except you use them on the Neocola machine on Kreludor. The prizes are often not worth it.

what kind of prizes does it give? does anyone know?

95% of the time, it gives really lousy prizes like the following:
I *club sloth* T-shirt
Non-sticky sticky hand
Grundo sponge

But it can also give transmogrification potions. Those are exceedingly rare, though. That's as far as my own experience goes.
