Well I remember this site, something like oborderso, that had avatar and signature borders that we could use, it was ran by some of the people here, um could someone direct me to that link? Thanks.

here, when it was up.
Mermaid Hil used to run it. However, I believe Marissa hosted it (could be wrong) and she believed that it flattened creativity. So, upon Hil's permission, Marissa deleted it.
