Searching For An Image

I was wondering if someone knew where I could find the original image that was used in this blend...



I want the original image of the middle picture.

I forget who made the blend or else I would give him/her credit.

I'm just guessing, but that looks like a screen shot of the movie (either late second or early third) at the part where he's been tempted to jump into the water that is luring him in to drown him. I don't know if that helps you or not, but hopefully it does.
