Geez. Not much good stuff this week.

Gonbe: Looks interesting. I'm more happy to see that Lip's Stick back.

Lyn: Not even Mai or Kasumi or Milla wear anything nearly as revealing as that. She looks fun. I guess Roy will have to be embarrassed that his mommy (possibly) is fighting alongside him.

Halberd: Looks fun. I have been waiting to see more of it since the premiere video.

Special Brawl: Meh. I never much played with that stuff in SSBM.

Ice Climber! I was so expecting them to be gone, but I am thrilled that they are back. I reeeeeeeaaaaaaalllllllyyyyyyy hope they are easier to control this time.

Well, that is all for this week. See you again. Same Bat-time. Same Bat-channel.

Halberd: Looks fun. I have been waiting to see more of it since the premiere video. Agreed. I'm excited that it's going to have such a big role.

Special Brawl: Meh. I never much played with that stuff in SSBM. Doesn't look like I'll be using it much, either.

Updated with my thoughts/opinions.

Now that I am finally home from class and have time to write, it is time for me wee in review.

Overall (minus Friday) - What a crappy week! Nothing good at all. Sure the Pokemon was neat, but come on!

Golden Hammer - I really don't like the regular hammer. I never use it. I don't really care for this weapon much either.

Wi-Fi Play - Seems interesting, but I really don't know if I'll use it much. Although, I am a big GTS fan so I might give it a shot.

Enemies - Meh at best. Sure, the new bad guys need unique NPCs of their own... but I would rather see world specific ones. I want to fight Goombas and Koopa Troopas in the MK themed world. I want Keese and Moblins with the Hyrule themed world. Lethe in FE world. Metroids on Zebes. Grey Fox and Raiden on the Shadow Moses world. Oh well. Those will be the dream...

Pochama - I got one of those as a starter. They are okay. I am more glad to see a DP Pokemon than anything else about the creature. So far, I would still like to see, what is that word... better or more unique DP Pokemon in the game: Dialga, Palkia, Regigigas, Darkrai, heck, even Mikaruge would be cool.

SNAKE! - Finally something good is revealed! His moves look awesome. His music is cool. (And MSG4 too :D) Looks like the beloved cardboard box may be a shield since it looks like a land mine will be his Down+B special. He is going to be soooooooooo(x e^(10^(1 mole))) cool. Also, it looks like he is shanking Ike! Yay!

Sorry for being so wordy. I just had a bit of complaining to do about the NPCs and Pokemon.

SNAAAAAAAAKE! I was excited to see today's update.
Then I scrolled down...

...and down some more...

...and nearly fell out of my chair.

If I'm being honest, it looks like Snake's doing a bit more than shanking Ike ;)

Hmm.... Snake and Yoshi must have developed some... not so E to Teen tendencies since their last video game appearances.

o.0?

Where the hell does Yoshi fit into that?
And isn't that illegal in most of the world anyway?!

I was just referring to the older pics of Yoshi doing some scary things to DK and Wario. Just trying to make a bad joke.

Would it kill you to ever try to refrain from making a joke?

Yes. In fact, that is how I lost my great uncle Chet. He went on stage during open mic night at a comedy club, proceeded to read The Great Gatsby, and was taken out by a stray harpoon. The crowd didn't think the harpoon joke was funny at all which devastated Chet so much, he didn't watch where he was going when crossing the street and was hit by a bus. The crowd thought that was hilarious.

Moral of the story: Be funny or you may get hit by a bus.

Sorry for going so far off topic.

*cough* Super Mario Brothers is set in a PG 13 world guys. They haven't invented swearing and the characters do nothing... impure.

No discussion otherwise please :D

I've been playing Melee alot lately, its going to be weird not playing on gamecube controllers. Can't imagine it!

Neither can they. The game can be played using GC Controllers, as well as the Classic Controller, the Wiimote alone or the Wiimote & Nunchuck.

I know! I imagine i'd use the wiimote over a gamecube controller though, I mean, wireless!

Just like my Wavebird!

I'm giving the Wii-mote a shot before going to go over to my Wavebird again. I want to see which control system I feel most comfortable with before settling on one or another.
