At the moment, GMT -8. I'm usually GMT -5.

Doesn't GMT only come into effect in the UK when BST(British Summer Time) ends?(Causing clocks to go back)
Also isn't the UK currently in BST time now? (Which is 1 hour ahead of GMT time) Because of clocks going forward.
