I've stopped getting the stuff with the weird titles. Nowadays, my spam is mostly professional-looking stuff from "Windows IT Pro", "SQL Server Magazine", "webmaster@pmo.gov", and "Exchange and Outlook Update". Boring.
Here's some stuff from waaay back in my spam folder:
A speak by philanthropy
I go an spiel me
you need to hemorrhoid glass
An fly is station moot
That make is slingshot
Or leave as backwater naturalness
A start or oilman being
Go believe go ascendent
hinduism cargo
To dance an catchy inset
pertinent sib
Or sleep an phonetic
insofar concertina
There's also a lot that just address me by a name or username that does not belong to me. Some have "Re:" in them, which, if it weren't spam, would mean that they were replying to an email I sent them, which is also not the case.
On my last computer, the one that broke years ago (but I have everything that was on it, because my dad took out the disk drive or something and put it in this one...oh, go ask someone who knows computers), I used to get TONS of email from classmates.com, which insisted that my name was Jeffrey.
This topic always reminds me of this comic I saw once. I'm not sure if it's appropriate for PPT (I think it is, but I have some doubt, so I'll be safe), but it involved Yoda getting spam emails...and, well, I'm not sure how much I should say about it...
No, I never officially left; yes, I am gone forever. I have also permanently left AIM. If you need to contact me, drop a line on LJ. Same username.
