Santa has a new statistic than:

Elves used to mine gold in current rush 1 million, toys spent paying elves 5 billion, food payed to them none.

Seems like the systems of no money for pay is coming back. :)

Ah.. So, going back over the topic..

Santa is: "A pink blob of flesh/organs" or "A 250 pound dude" or "actually 1000 clones" or " The dude in the one mall"

The raindeers: "Are piles of ashes." or "Have prolly half the population pulling santa's sleigh" or "Have a device that tells the kid's past, and their general good-badness."

Santa has: "Time machines" or "a super magical red sleigh" or "A time frezer." Or "A shrink ray"

Ah... o_0 This really clears it all up.
