As a professional copier repair technician, I feel it my civic duty to pass on this tidbit I received via email... (and sorry for the .wmv mac users, I don't have any vidoe software to convert it)

That must have hurt considerably...but imagine trying to explain to the whole department why the copier is broken. Or to your doctor why you have....
