1) Yes, I love eggs. So much, in fact, that I know 5 different ways to cook eggs (this is by themselves, mind you, not added into something like a cake or potato salad) and I once ate 15 eggs in one week.
2) Eggs are the most versatile substance on earth. (I sound like a spokesman for the egg council, lol) I, personally, love merangues, but I've never made them. I like them poached, fried, or scrambled best. (and none of that prissy gadget poaching, either, I make them for real in simmering water) I usually like my yolks ever so slightly runny, but only in poached and fried eggs.
3) Whites, without a doubt. The yolks are generally too strong to eat on their own, but scrambled egg whites are just fine.
