Do they just put it in not-working toilet or in a toilet that is connected to the pipes and stuff?

I have no idea, but even if it wasn't connected I'm guessing they didn't go out and buy a new toilet just to store their dough in.

Since it's used for moisture, I'd say it's connected!!!!!

Probably, yeah. They probably put the dough in tupperware or whatever it is they have in Kuwait and then put the tupperware in the toilet water. Blech.

Um...okaaaaay. It's quite normal to store food in a toilet!

If you're insane and don't believe in hygiene.
