What If you could be a cartoon (or any regular TV) character? Who would you be and why?

I'd like to be Hazuki from Ojamajo Doremi. That would be just plain cool.

Il Pallazzo from Excel Saga - He pulls a lever and his minions that displease him go down a trap hole XD. He also has mysterious powers.

Teehee... I would be Sailor Venus/Mina from Sailor Moon because I love her. :) She's my favorite character and I think I'm most in common with her.
