Just bounce it up just above your mouse pointer, then CLICK IT!

Heh, it was puzzling for a minute, then I got the hang of it. Unfortunately, that kinda made it get boring...but oh well. 
Just let it be still, then bounce it directly up and bring your mouse down and follow it. Something like that.

There's a bunny one that's sorta like that. If you get the cursor close enough to the rabbit.. it'll grab onto it and won't let go unless you shake him off... it's pretty cute.. wish I could remember where I saw it though.
