http://www.sharmusic.com is a string instrument everything megastore. And they deliver quite fast.

According to Shar:
-Thomastik Dominant
-Pirastro Obligato
-Corelli Alliance
-Pirastro Evah Pirazzi
-Pirastro Eudoxa
-Jargar Violin

Those are just a few. I'm sorry to say that I don't have any preferences or suggestions-All I know is that Helicore viola strings are much better than those really hard steel ones that come with rented instruments.

Don't all strings have some type of coloured wrapping near the ends?

My friendly Helicore strings are purple and goldenrod yellow. ~:>
