It's a jackalope not a rabbit.
And yes, very fake indeed.
You can buy them on the side of the road in a lot of places in Canada and the U.S. (And off of Ebay).

They consist of hares or rabbits with first antlers off of deer. *shrugs*

i don't know about that monkey, seems kind of fake, the background might have been for some reason been made lighter with photoshop...
