... I wouldn't know.

Don't you think the aliens are like, 'If you could buy land on Earth, would you?' But they're hella-wise and crap. They'd all say 'Hell no! Global warming is driving the value down, doofus.'

Actually global warming would help any real race trying to plunder a planet of it's resources, ice caps gone, nice tropical temperatures everywhere.

Heck, we all love Venus.

Uh ... no. What would I do with it? =/

I think I'd by some only if there was any promise that it would become more valuable. Like when global warming takes over and people need someplace to escape to. :P

That episode is playing behind me at this very moment. :o

Eh, what would I use it for?
I'd rather buy land right here on Earth. :P

What happens if they are from Pluto?

Of course I would. I'd go visit Tom Cruises' moon land and draw naughty things on it that would last for a very long time :D

Fri May 25, 2007 3:49 pm

Probably not. I kinda prefer being able to breathe :D

Sure, if I had the money, why not? Its not like I'd live there though, it would just be a long (long long long?) term investment or something :P

I thought that was already possible? Because a girl in my class said she owned like a small square of the moon. You can buy bits and pieces of it, right?

-feels stupid-

No. The food's probably horrible.

Wed May 30, 2007 8:51 pm

Apparently, you can. I've been doing some research, and I've found a few sites that sell it as cheap as £20 per acre.

I KNEW IT! KYM'S TURNING INTO PAUL WITH ALL THESE WEIRD POLLS!
I...don't know, honestly. It's never been something I thought of.

Then you would have no interest in Earth as a home, and would plunder away.
Or you would terraform it (well. Plutoform I suppose), in which case you wouldn't be messing about with stripping resources anyway.

Those are illegal, seeing as no one actually has a claim to the moon (Something with an old treaty, it "belongs" to humanity as a whole, although how we intend to enforce that until we get off this delightful little rock I don't know.
