Well, it's the ROYAL coat of arms, and since this is a UNITED Kingdom it only makes sense to have the two crowns up there. Wales isn't up there mainly because you are NOT a Kingdom. Wales is a principality, and considering who your Prince is I wouldn't be too proud. Well, at least not until William takes over. Then I'm moving to Cardiff!

Oh yeah, and Unicorns eat Seahorses.
