It causes me no problems, except for my dad keep calling me shorty, but he's only 5'5 himself! So really, he's shorter than me because he's a man and men are meant to be tall

Indeed, I'm only slightly taller than average, but I've no idea where it came from, as I'm the tallest of my family for Generations* apparently.
And I have several features (Blue / Green eyes, Red / brown hair) That hasn't appeared in ages either.
Yay for submissive genes.

I'm 5'2". Personally, I like being little. I never have to smash myself into a car seat, like some of my taller, bigger friends--folding their legs so their knees are in their chest. I can stretch out flat on a small couch or bed and sleep comfortably. I never have to duck when going into a short doorway. Or even have to remember to duck (which I am sure tall people have to do). Because I am little, I find that I can move through crowds rather quickly. Easy to squirm your way through when you are little. And, I have never had to worry about being taller than any boyfriend/husband/significant other I have had throughout my life. And find that most of those men were a lot taller than me. They were attracted to me because I am so little--petite, I guess is the right word. Go figure, huh? But it does bite to be unable to reach the cereal box on the top store shelf and have to look around desperately for a tall stock boy. So, I guess that there are some disadvantages to it.
And anyone who thinks that you have to be tall to make money obviously doesn't know that Ross Perot, who is all of 5 foot 7, is a billionaire. One of the richest men in the US. Aristotle Onassis was 5 foot five. And the late King Hussein was a mere 5 foot 3. And that isn't mentioning the number of short people who are multimillionaires who are in film (like Michael J. Fox), in music (Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day comes to mind), or the arts (Pablo Picasso). Mo from the Three Stooges was 5 foot 4 (though I am sure Shapu already knew that!). No offense to all you tall people out there, but short people rock!!!!
