Old user names, posts, etc

will everything be deleted? i had just reached 1000 posts exactly when everythign went down

I had just passed 2000 posts when the site went down. It'd be great if everything could be retrieved from the databases, but if not life will still go on. There were several old threads I had been looking forward to reading, though.

i reached 3300 posts before the site went down for ME three months ago

If they can find a backup of the old database, or the host still has it, then we will get out posts and stuff back.
If not, I presume we'll be able to PM the admins and ask for our post counts back.
however, the obvious problem is that someone can just come on and say "yeah i had 3000 posts" and could be lying. So Im sure that the admins will find an old copy, at least so they can verify peoples post counts

I had over 6000 posts, so I better get my posts back, but then again if I don't then it's a new start and I'll be more active again

There are so many posts, that it may be a very long task to move over all those posts, imagine how long the sql queries would be.... I didn't psot that much before it went down though

I had just made PPT God with 1000 posts. But, hey, if it's gone it's gone.
I'm just happy PPT is back. I didn't realize just how much it mattered to me until it was gone. It was very hard to keep playing Neopets without it.
